This teacher training program will be spread over the course of 5 months and consists of 8 compulsory weekends (the last of which is away on a retreat). The space in between the weekends will allow you to return to your daily life and integrate the new information, experience, and inspiration.


You will work on every aspect of a yoga practice, from learning the basics of anatomy of the human body, understanding alignment, purpose and variations in foundational yoga poses, intelligent sequencing for a yoga class, to using your voice and body language to give precise and clear instructions. But more importantly this program will leave you with new friends for life and a renewed confidence, focus and energy to step into the best version of yourself!

Weekend Schedule 


7-9am: 2-hour yoga practice led by Mel with Meditation, Kriyas, Pranayama and Asana

9-9;30am: Breakfast and break

9;30-12;30pm: Asana alignment & hands-on adjustments

12;30-2pm: lunch break

2-4pm: Anatomy, History, Philosophy, tradition, and other workshops


10am;90min class with Mel

11;30 - 1pm; lunch break 

1pm-4pm; Asana alignment and teaching technique
